Where can we find more freedom? More contentment and fulfillment in our life?

Someone with an external locus of control might find themselves in these positions:

  • Understand themselves as not connected to resources to get them out of a position
  • See themselves in a place of victimhood
  • Often looking for a way forward they can't seem to find
  • Fear and lack of ownership in relationships
  • Unsure of who has control over the situation of theri life

An internal locus of control

  • Clairty on their agency or responsibilty
  • Able to find ways to make change in their life
  • Understand their role in their existence
  • Trustworthy in relational terms because they do take responsiblity for their actions and mistakes
  • Takes ownership over their happiness

To move forward in more freedom in life, more agency, more control over the path of your life, we must begin to move through life with an internal locus of control.
